We offer you to access your IELTS test results online on the 13th day after your test date.
To check your results you should visit http://ielts-results.britishcouncil.org and follow the instructions. You will have to enter your Candidate number, ID/Passport number and Date of Birth.
Thirteen days after the test date results are available and posted to the institutions you have chosen and to you, if you are not from Sofia. If you are from Sofia you can get your results in person from us in IELTS office hours. Please note that we are not permitted to give results out over the phone or email.
Test Report Forms (TRFs) are very valuable documents and we recommend that candidates take due care in keeping them secure. TRFs are not replaceable.

Sending Test Report Forms to institutions
You can ask for additional results to be forwarded to institutions/organisation by downloading this Application for additional TRFs. Please complete the form and return it to us with the appropriate fee (BGN 30.00 per address).
Re-evaluation of Results
If you are not satisfied with your results, you have the option of applying for a re-evaluation of your test. This process is called Enquiry on Results. This service costs GBP 60.00 (paid in local currency). Should your score improve as a result of this re-evaluation, this amount will be refunded to you.
To make use of this service please download the Enquiry on Results Form. Please complete the form and return it to us along with your original Test Report Form and proof of payment.
