To register for IELTS simply follow these steps:

Step one
The fee for the test is

• For 2010 - 320 BGN (Three hundred and twenty Bulgarian leva)

Pay the fee by bank transfer or in cash at our centre.

Sofia - the Custоmer Services Centre (Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1800)

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the payment should be arranged no more than 2 weeks before we receive the registration documents.

Step two
We will give you an Application Form, the IELTS Information for Candidates booklet, advice on test administration and Test Day confirmation.

Complete the Application Forms in person, OR send a person with a notarised written agreement and a copy of your ID card or valid passport. You need:

• the addresses of the institutions requesting your test results (For security reasons it is the responsibility of our centres to distribute your results and up to 5 copies can be sent to receiving institutions as specified by you at registration)
• two recent photographs with your signature on the reverse side
• a passport/ID card
• and a receipt for paid test fee or a copy of your bank transfer document

Alternatively, you can register by post (preferably registered mail or courier) by sending us the completed application form, two passport-size photos with your signature on their backs, a clear copy of your ID or valid passport and bank statement for the transfer of the fee.
