18 February 2011 is British Council’s 20th anniversary in Bulgaria. This is the date when in 1991 the Agreement on the Establishment and Activities of Cultural Centres was signed between the Government of the UK of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria. |
