How to enrol
Registration usually takes place one or two weeks before each term. Before joining one of our courses you or your child will be asked to take our placement test during the registration period. For adults, this consists of two parts, a written test (30-45 minutes) and an oral test (5-10 minutes). Young learner placement tests vary according to the age of your child, but normally consist of a written test (15-45 minutes) and an oral test (5-10 minutes). All prospective students will speak to a teacher who can advise on an appropriate level of study. Our customer service staff will then help you to find an appropriate course at a suitable time, and discuss payment options.

Privacy statement
We will ask you to complete a registration form which includes your details. This information will be used to contact you about British Council events and for internal monitoring of customer data. We respect your privacy and will not share information you give us about yourself with other organisations.

Please note that we need a parent’s mobile phone number and e-mail address before young people under the age of 18 can be registered on our courses.
