If you are planning to take an English course find out about how you will be assessed, the certificate you will get at the end of the course and our policies on refunds and discounts.
During the course we will evaluate your progress and ability by assessing your speaking and giving you one mid-course test and a final test.
Regular attendance is very important for progress and you should aim to attend at least 80% of classes. If your teacher feels that you have not attended enough classes, you may not be able to progress to the next level.
At the end of each course you will receive an end-of-course certificate and discuss the most suitable next course with your teacher.
After the start of the courses withdrawals will not be accepted and refunds cannot be made. If exceptional circumstances make it impossible for you to continue with your course, the Teaching Centre manager may approve a credit. The credit will be for the value of the fee already paid, less the value of the tuition already received and an administrative fee of 35 leva. Please talk to Customer Services on floor 1 if you need more information.
