Aneta Yovcheva (21) is a student of computational chemistry at Sofia University. She dreams of making people smile and inventing a method of human reporduction by means of chemistry and computers. "I want to become the craziest, merriest, the most smiling, extraordinary and most of all the happiest female inventor in history who made many unintelligible things understandable and interesting for people. I like dancing and most of all jumping to wild music. Music and dance are my way of relaxing. And when I feel like it and when I am in the mood – I love writing".

Anna Gavrilova (28) is a botanist at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The most interesting and exciting part of her work is studying little known species of medicinal plants in their natural habitats. She loves her work because it takes her travelling and gives her the freedom to seek answers to questions no one else confronted before. "My job is anything but boring!" Anna is a 24/7 fan of music and loves going to the zoo.

Bozhidar Stefanov (21) studies Computational Chemistry at the Sofia University and does research at the laboratory of nanoscience in the Faculty of Chemistry. In a nutshell, he develops devices which use the laser beam to find out more about the intimate relations of these tiny pieces of material. Working in a lab gives him the opportunity to invent which is his childhood dream. He will soon have his first publication and his first patent. On a clear night  he could be seen outdoors with his telescope doing astrophotography - he is impressed and inspired by the hidden beauty in the night sky.

Diyan Dimitrov, (32) is PhD student at the Varna Technical University where he studies the essence of the material side of life in the smallest details - how things are made, what kind of materials they are made of, why they are made exactly of this material and can it be made from another material. he believes in the old saying that everything new is something old that has been well forgotten, and studies the development of the metals and metal working technologies in the past so that I can do something for the future. He likes browsing the internet and watching football and has turned caring for his three-month-old son a scientific study of evolution

Gabriela Zhekova (30) is an assistant at the Medical University. She says her job really is to teach people that life is a pleasure when we live it properly. Eating is not just an act of consumption – when we eat properly, we create our bodies in the best possible way. She became a medical doctor and nutrition specialist to be useful to every human on the planet – regardless of their sex or age, or whether they have been born yet. Her dream is to be useful to as many people as possible. She looks after things that grow and develop – children (3), flowers, ideas or human relationships. "Besides this I love moving (forward) that’s why I swim and walk long distances."

Nikola Karavasilev (21) is a student of physics at Sofia University but he also works as operator of the 2-metre telescope at the National Astronomical Observatory Rozhen for one week every month. "Actually, what I do is assist the professional astronomers who want to observe something, in using the telescope. I work there, because when I am in the observatory I make contacts with the astronomers which will be useful for my great dream to come true. My dream is to become a professional astronomer some day." Nikola likes sports you can often see him running around the lake in his neighborhood. He is also fond of cooking.

Nuri Ismail Nuri (22) is a student of Computer Systems and Technologies at Technical University of Varna . He also works as a software engineer in a private company. He is fascinated with iris and fingerprint recognition technologies, and knows how to divide tasks into several subtasks. Nuri can encrypt any message or data file. He has a special flare for neural network and genetic algorithms, and dreams some day to see machines with at least half of the human’s intellectual capacity. In his spare time he plays football, basketball or swims, loves music and movies, and plays.

Rostislav Kandilarov (24) works mainly in the area of oceanology creating numerical models to show how water in the Black Sea murmurs. He uses the same programme to check how the ecosystem of all small and non-small living organisms will change in the differnet variants that lurk behind the scary name ‘’Global warming’’. In his spare time he likes walking and enjoying nature while it is still there in spite of our (in)action. He helps the informal education NGO Future Now with their activities for studentsHe is a keen cyclist and co-organises various bicycle shows, competitions and interesting events to show people that  bicycles are a very convenient means of transport

Silvia Simeonova (27) studies polymer materials in order to get biodegradable scaffolds which are applicable for tissue replacement in the human organism. She works in this area because polymers are a great solution to tissue replacement our human bodies may sometimes need. She believes that what love and computers have in common are the chemical reactions indeed which she studies and loves. "I want to understand and know the matter inside humans and the matter which surrounds them." She likes travelling and visting different towns and sightseeing, also like dancing and having fun with friends.

Todor Arnaudov (24) works as a verification engineer checking whether designers of microchips do their jobs properly. "But what I’m really keen on is how to give ‘souls’ to machines. Ever since I was a child I have been dreaming of finding out what intellect is, and I want to make machines that think and create, that develop themselves and can outdo the human mind. I dream of deciphering life with the help of thinking machines." Tosh is also an amateur filmmaker hopes some day he would have a film studio to fund his research. He loves imagining things and depending on my mood and inspiration he dives into various artforms - he writes, take photographs, draws, plays music, juggles and dances
