IELTS IN BELGIUM

1. Click on IELTS ONLINE REGISTRATION, to reserve a place.

2. Select your test date and enter your personal details.

3. Transfer the test fee immediately after registration. You will receive our bank details and further instructions in a summary at the end of your online application process.

4. Print & post within five working days the 'Application Summary' or the email that will be sent to you at the end of the online registration process signed, along with the documents requested below:
- two recent  passsport colour photographs (without glasses). The pictures should bear at the back your name, surname and test date you wish to register for.
- a clear and legible copy of your valid ID or passport
- your proof of payment to the British Council Brussels (i.e. copy of bank transfer)

5. A confirmation e-mail will be sent on receipt of the above documents. You will receive your access codes to Road to IELTS free online training with the confirmation e-mail.

6. Final confirmation letter: you will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail 2 weeks before the test date with details of exam address and times.

If you want to sit the test in Luxembourg, contact the test venue in Luxembourg for their bank details; DO NOT pay the British Council.

IELTS IN LUXEMBOURG

The Bureau des Examens at the INL  can send you an IELTS application form and the instructions including payment details or this can be downloaded from their website . You should complete the form and send it back to the INL centre with the required documents by their deadline.

Please remember, the INL will not confirm your entry until they have received:

1. the signed completed paper application form,
2. two recent, identical passport photos (without glasses) bearing at the back your name, surname and test date you wish to register for.
3. a clear and legible copy of your valid ID or passport
4. the proof of payment of the test fee made to their account in Luxembourg stapled to the form (i.e. a copy of the bank transfer).

Please note:

- Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

- FREE online training: Once the full application form has been received, you will get an automatic email with your access codes to Road to IELTS free online training.

- Confirmation letter: you will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail 2 weeks before the test date.
