Public science and wealth creation in Britain
This publication describes how the British Science and Technology structure works, the main mecanisms for support and co-operation between industry and research centres, as well as how industry can benefit from these schemes. The recent outcomes of Science and Technology policy in the UK are also mentioned.
Science Parks
Great Britain has an enviable record in creativity and invention but has in the past been less successful with their commercial exploitation. Over the past decade or so there has been a concerted effort to redress this imbalance, and science parks and business incubators have proved to be one successful mechanism. This briefing document reviews these mechanisms – science parks in particular -  principally but not solely from a UK perspective, and offers guidance in the search for more information.
Technology Foresight
The UK Foresight Programme is a major initiative which aims to identify opportunities in markets and technologies which will enhance the nation's prosperity and quality of life.
