With a focus on innovation, we collaborate to bring specialists from the most renowned science parks in the UK to discuss with their peers in Brazil issues of mutual interest in the areas of technology transfer, university-industry collaboration and intellectual property rights protection. Professors Howard Rush and David Francis, will give a lecture on Innovation Management, followed by a cocktail at the British Council in Rio de Janeiro. Read more about the event, a partnership between British Council and FINEP.

FINEP project
We collaborate with FINEP - Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos - to develop Brazil-UK networks in innovation and technology transfer. In June 2005 four FINEP Innovation Award prize-winners travelled to the UK to visit technology transfer centres and network with their UK peers.
