FINDING A PARTNER You can search for partners online by registering on the Global Gateway which has details of more than 7,000 schools on it. This way, potential partner schools can also look at your details and approach you. You can refine your search by country, age range, curriculum subjects and other criteria. Find out more.
FUNDING FOR PARTNERSHIPS Global School Partnerships - DFID Global School Partnerships promotes partnerships between schools in the UK and schools in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. Our team can offer advice, ideas, training and financial support. Find out more.
RECIPROCAL VISITS GRANTS PROGRAMME Up to £1,900 is available for schools in the early stages of school partnership. This grant allows at least one teacher from each school to visit their partner institutions. This offers a great opportunity for Brazilian schools to prepare for the Global Curriculum Project grant. WHAT IS A GLOBAL CURRICULUM PROJECT GRANT? Global Curriculum Project grants enable well established partnerships to further develop joint curricular activities with a global dimension theme. The funding helps cover travel costs of at least two teachers from each school to visit the partner school as well as project costs such as materials, training and supply cover.
