Brazilian Art in Leeds

As a result of British Council’s initiative in bringing the retrospective of Henry Moore’s work to Brazil, the Henry Moore Institute in Leeds opened on February 2nd the exhibition ‘Espaço Aberto/Espaço Fechado: Lugares para Escultura no Brasil Moderno’ that shows Brazilian art of the last 55 years. The exhibition was curated by Stephen Feeke and co-curated by Regina Teixeira de Barros. There are more than sculptures in the exhibition with work of 20 different artists it will be on until April 16th. Lectures and workshops are part of the event.
