| With thanks for the opportunity to study for my LL.M in London, with the sponsorship of the Chevening Programme, I left Brazil one person and returned as another. It was not only the new knowledge that I acquired on the course offered by LSE that opened my mind, but witnessing the way in which British society responds to its problems democratically, that opened my eyes to the potential that each one of us, as citizens, has to change reality, in addition to recovering my function as Promoter of Justice, a social transformation which, before, I didn’t think was possible. |
