When certifying documents please ensure you have the following:

			The original certificate
			A copy of the certificate to be certified
			A valid identification (passport or drivers licence)

When certifying documents via third party or bearer; please ensure he/she has the following additional documents:

    A signed letter of authorization from certificate holder.
    A valid identification ( for third part or bearer).


The cost of certification per copy is $JA 400. Please bring the exact change. No credit or debit cards accepted. The service is available every Wednesday from 0900 to 1230.
