Promotional opportunities

Here in Vietnam we provide a number of opportunities to promote your institution. Some of these opportunities are only available to members of the Education UK Partnership. However, most services are available to all eligible UK education providers. These opportunities are outlined in our Menu of Services.

Promotional visits to Vietnam
To ensure effective promotion and good attendance for all events, we will limit the total number of presentations/seminars which we support to two per week in each city, available on a first come first served basis with priority given to members of the Vietnam Partnership.

To make bookings or changes, please give us a six-week prior notice by emailing us at EducationUK.Partnership@Britishcouncil.org.vn.

The current schedule of UK Institutions' promotional visits to Vietnam may be useful for you to plan for your trip.

Commissioned mailings
If you have material that you would like to promote to prospective students in Vietnam contact us to discuss how we can help you.  We can distribute material to our contacts either by post or by including information in our electronic newsletters. Demand for this service can be high and priority for this service is given to our members of the Partnership.

UK inward visits
In order to familiarise leading professionals, including journalists, principals and education agents with the UK we organise inward visits.  These inward visits are aimed at increasing the understanding of studying and living in the UK.  In addition they provide the perfect opportunity to showcase UK institutions.  We advertise these opportunities via EducationUK-L.  Ensure you subscribe to EducationUK-L in order to hear about these opportunities.

Showcasing on Education UK websites and publications
Have you considered showcasing an opportunity through the Education UK integrated portfolio?  In Vietnam we produce a number of publications in which we provide advertising opportunities, you can also showcase through advertorial content on Vietnam’s student facing Education UK website.  To take up one of these opportunities contact one of our Education UK marketing team.

Institution profile on top navigation
Members of the Vietnam Partnership have the additional benefit of their profile being positioned through a link from the top navigation bar of the student facing Vietnam Education UK website.  This service enables these institutions to be profiled above all other institutions in the search engine.

Contact us for further information about any of the above services.
