Boarding Schools Mission, Russia
19 to 20 March 2010

This event has now taken place. An Download PDF Document event report (296KB) [Education UK Partnership password required] is available.

The number of Russian pupils starting boarding school in the UK has more than doubled over the last four years, increasing from 250 in 2004 / 2005 to 525 in 2008 / 2009. It is therefore one of the fastest growing international markets for UK boarding school recruitment.

The Russia boarding schools mission is designed to be an information fair for Russian parents and students wanting to explore education opportunities at UK boarding schools and sixth form colleges.

The event will give you the opportunity to:

  • meet students and parents interested in a UK boarding school education
  • promote your school to students and parents through an individual seminar
  • learn about the Russian education system and recruitment opportunities
  • network with local education agents
  • meet education contacts from local institutions.

The event is open to all suitably accredited UK boarding schools and also Education UK Partnership member independent sixth-form colleges.
