Tailor-made courses

We tailor courses according to the client’s specific needs. As part of the training needs analysis we conduct interviews with managers and trainees to understand organisational problems or changes. We then advise on appropriate training solutions. We draw on an international network of expertise to develop and deliver specially made training programmes. Options include:

•designing extensive 32- or 48-hour combined language and skill development programmes

•drawing on a wider range of workshops e.g. Negotiating Skills, Change Management

•adapting our public professional skills workshops
