We have classified the library into six zones so that now you will find all the information on a particular subject in one place. If you are interested in finding out about UK Lifestyle, for example, you can visit our Lifestyle Zone and find a range of books, magazines, periodicals and videos about Life in the UK.
Although not an academic library, this Zone aims to meet the demands for text books in selected areas. The resources are for GCE O and A Level candidates, schools, teachers and students.
You will find a wide variety of books, videos, audio cassettes and CD-Roms to help you with learning or teaching English. We hold a comprehensive range of books on grammar, vocabulary, reading , writing and listening to help you prepare for various English language exams (IELTS, PET, FCA, CAE).
Up do date management and computing materials to help you get ahead in human resource management, banking, finance, marketing, management, and computing.
This collection reflects the interest and diversity of life in contemporary UK. For general readership it features materials in fashion & design, art and architecture, media, sports, music, history and many other topics.
This is the place for young people between the ages of 4-15 years. It aims to increase educational potential through reading and planned activities.
Vastly increased in size, this is the gateway to a wealth of information held in UK and worldwide databases and websites. Members get free access to the internet for the first half an hour, and can call upon the help of our staff to find useful websites and portals.
Why not come see for yourself the new look created in our library in Fuller Road premises? Our staff will be pleased to show you around the new Zones.
Keep your eye on this What’s New section of our website for regular updates on new books, events and resources becoming available in our libraries.
