“ENGLISH IN BRITAIN” YERLƏŞDİRMƏ PROQRAMI

I am a student of the International Law and International Relations Faculty of Baku State University. My profession is International Law, so I have to know some languages and especially English of course. That is why I attended the courses held at London universities. I managed to do it with the great help and advice of the British Council in Azerbaijan. I have been to some European countries, but to tell truth, I do have a special love and respect for England. I really like this country, especially London, its people, its ancient culture, even its weather. When I was in London, I could not believe my eyes, and I felt like I was in a dream. I could see Big Ben, Tower Bridge, the National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Palace, Piccadilly Circus, and Hyde Park with my own eyes. I only used to read books about them and see pictures. I always wanted to see the London Eye. Visiting London, I also realized my dream.

I am very interested in the legal system of Great Britain. I managed to buy some books about it, and these books are very useful for my current education and for my future career. I also got a lot of information about English education. I enjoyed studying in England. That is why I want to study for my Masters Degree at one of the best universities in England. That is why I want to improve my English, and to speak this language as my native language.

I made a lot of friends in London and until this day we have a close friendship. We write e-mails and sometimes call each other. I always invite them to my country and they promised to come soon.

I have very deep impressions about England, and I hope that I’ll be able to go there often and visit my friends there. I have not been to Scotland and Wales yet, but will go there when I next visit England.

I love Great Britain!
