How to register for IELTS
In order to register for the IELTS test, simply follow the five steps below.
Download and print out the Application Information Sheet, the How to prepare for IELTS document and the IELTS application form.
Download the information for candidates

Find out about our next IELTS test dates.

Fill out the application form and include the following:


2 passport photos
a photocopy of your passport
a photocopy of the bank transfer slip/telebanking payment confirmation.

Send your application by post to:

Exams, British Council, Siebensterngasse 21, 1070 Vienna

Please note that it is NOT possible to hand in your application form to us in person. All application forms must be sent to us by post only.
