BEC Vantage computer based exam at reduced fee!

Take our first BEC Vantage computer-based exam at the reduced fee of €140 (10% less than the paper-based BEC Vantage exam) on 30 November 2009. The computer-based test offers exactly the same qualification as the paper-based test. The certificate and the test format are just the same: Reading 60 min, Writing 45 min, Listening 40 min. The speaking test takes place face-to-face with an examiner.

Another advantage of this test date is that both the written (Reading, Writing, Listening) and the speaking part take place on the same day, on Monday 30 November (Speaking in the morning, Reading, Writing and Listening in the afternoon).

Places will be allocated on a  “first come first serve” basis. Registration deadline: Friday 16 October 2009.

Key English Test (KET):
An elementary exam which tests basic skills in English communication - the first level in the five-level Cambridge ESOL Main Suite examinations.

Preliminary English Test (PET)

Tests the language skills necessary to cope with everyday written and spoken communications.

First Certificate in English (FCE)
An examination at intermediate level.
Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)
An examination at advanced level.
Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)
The final level of the Cambridge ESOL Mainsuite exams, testing a very high level of competence.
