ATA carnets required for touring artists.

Freight
Equipment going to Tunisia by freight needs to do a 'Franchise' in order to clear the equipment from customs. This administrative procedure can take between 4 and six weeks. The easiest method is for the equipment to accompany the artists as excess luggage. This is very expensive but much safer and less complicated as artists cannot always send their equipment six weeks in advance.

Tax
There are no particular tax requirements for visiting artists/residencies.
