Entry Clearance
Entry clearance is required from the Pakistani Embassy.
Insurance
Insurance is not a requirement for obtaining a visa, but if someone travelling wants to get insured before coming, they must get insurance from their home country.
Freight
If freight needs to be sent to Pakistan for exhibitions or events, you must send it from your home country and give a copy of the 'bill of entry' to the British Council in Pakistan (administration department) and they will get the custom clearance from there.
