Visas
No visa is required for visitors from UK
Freight
For air freight (that is not accompanied by the owner of the equipment) SAD documents need to be filled at customs.

If you are 'accompanying' your equipment for temporary importation (exhibition), you will need to go to the anything to declare channel (red channel) and advise the customs officer of the serial numbers of your equipment. Then the customs officer will stamp your passport with a T1 stamp. On returning to the UK you will need to declare that you are taking the same goods back to the UK.

Carnets
A carnet for temporary importation is better than ATA. With a carnet you can have free circulation and no customs papers are involved and there are no taxes on Carnet.

Tax
Normal taxes for tourists on travel apply to artists on residencies/touring.

Entry clearance
No customs formalities for Carnet. For normal import SAD customs forms need to be filled in.
