Visas
The easiest way to obtain a visa is for an Iranian partner organisation to do this for you in Tehran by the Foreign Ministry. You will need to supply them with following information as soon as possible on each person travelling:

• Full name, nationality, name of father, date & place of birth, passport number, date of its issuance and its expiry date, occupation, duration of stay in Tehran.
• A photocopy of the first 2 pages of the passport (one with photo)

The processing of the visa will take at least 10 working days. Once it is issued, the visa can be collected at the Iranian Embassy in London after the usual formalities (max. 3 days), with the visa telex number.

If you are travelling independently, we advise you to apply for your visa to the Iranian Embassy in London as early as possible.

Tax/Insurance
There are no specific rules.

Freight
If your arts activity is with the collaboration of an Iranian organization, all cargo should be sent to their address.
