Work Permits
Most importantly, visitors need to work with a local promoter who would be able to apply for permission from Chinese Ministry of Culture. A formal permission letter must be issued to their contracted promoter, copied to Chinese Embassy in UK.

Visas
You need to provide your passport details to your promoter. Once the promoter has been approved by the government, the Chinese Embassy will issue visas for the purpose of performance and exhibition.

Freight
When freight arrives at the airport, customs need special permission issued by government as guarantee letter. A specific breakdown of the shipment also needs to be submitted to customs. When the shipment departs, customs need to check if it is same as when it arrives.
