CURRENT PRODUCTIONS It is Like it Ought to Be: A Pastoral Uninvited Guests seek to found Arcadia in the theatre, a rural idyll amongst the city’s hubbub. They invent fake songs and fake dances for our green and plastic land, declaim hip Romantic poetry and conjure epic landscapes. (60 mins approx., 5 on stage, 7 on the road)
Aftermath Trained by a TV make-up artist, Uninvited Guests carefully fabricate bloody wounds on each other’s bodies. An immersive soundtrack is created live by sampling performers’ bodies. (6 hour durational installation, 4 performers, 6 on the road)
FUTURE PRODUCTION Love Letters Straight from the Heart Somewhere between a wedding reception and a radio show, Uninvited Guests takes requests and dedicates songs to others’ loves. (60 mins, 2 on stage, 4 on the road)
