CURRENT PRODUCTIONS Scarface* Tribute to Brian de Palma’s 1983 gangster film, performed against chromakey with the performer mixed live into video backgrounds and the result projected onto a cinema-sized screen. (45 mins, 1 on stage, 3 on the road)
Sawn-off Scarface Short and basic version of Scarface* . Performed to a synopsis of the plot, it is a no-technology attempt on filmic effects and the theatrics of the gangster genre. (12 mins, 2 on stage, 3 on the road)
Club Luz Club night of electro songs and B-movie visuals, featuring a 12-number solo set. Strong back-projected video and installation/gig feel. (45 mins plus 15 -minute DJ set, 1 on stage, 1 DJ, 3 on the road)
Bonnie+Clyde Site-specific duet with drive-in audience and radio-broadcast soundtrack. (55 mins, 2 performers, 4 on the road, 1 local perfomer)
Lla’th A poetic narrative on rural life featuring the St Matthew Passion and Yuri Gagarin. Performed on an 8m long table with the audience sat along the sides. (55 mins, 1 performer, 3 on the road)
FUTURE PRODUCTIONS New show (title tbc) Commission for ROH2/Linbury Studio. Post-colonial dance essay featuring part-improvised dance with text and music. Set in a responsive digital environment.
