ARTISTIC POLICY
Third Angel makes original, inventive, and entertaining devised performance, new theatre, live art, installation, and film. The company is interested in the small things in life, the value of individual experience, the beauty to be found in the everyday, and our physical, intellectual and emotional relationship with the world around us. Third Angel’s work challenges boundaries between genres, reality and fiction, performer and audience.

What I Heard About The World
A collaboration with Mala Voadora (Lisboa). A process of mapping the world with each country defined by unexpected stories of fakes and facsimiles – a replica world written over the real one. 2009–2010.

WRAP-AROUND
All of Third Angel’s performance projects can be accompanied by bespoke workshops (devising, directing, working with text) and residencies (from 1 day to several weeks). The company collaborates with international practitioners and re-makes original productions in other languages. Third Angel also offer: mentoring of young artists; participatory work with communities and audiences; sci-art collaborations; making new work with school children, students and other participants; post-show discussions/conversations; lectures and film and video screenings.
