CURRENT PRODUCTIONS Rambert Dance Company usually performs a triple bill of work. The Company’s repertoire is ever changing but current pieces include: Infinity by Australian Dance Theatre’s Garry Stewart Explores the dramatic and often brutal passage towards life’s inevitable end. Emotional and intuitive and set to an eclectic and other-worldly musical score. 25 mins approx, 14 on stage Constant Speed Inspired by the fizz and sparkle of molecules ricocheting in space, Mark Baldwin’s Constant Speed is performed to the luxuriant music of Franz Lehar. 30 mins approx. 22 on stage Carnival of the Animals by Siobhan Davies A popular and endearing work by one of Britain’s most accomplished choreographers it has been re-invigorated for the 21st century and is set to Saint-Saens’ beautiful and melodic music. 30 mins approx, 8 on stage Eternal Light by Mark Baldwin Set to an elegiac and uplifting score by composer Howard Goodall, this new work is a heartfelt remembrance of many things, what has been and is now gone, held in our hearts forever. 45 Mins approx, 20 on stage Swansong Christopher Bruce’s classic is as relevant and as topical today as when it was first created in 1987.
