ARTISTIC POLICY
UpSwing Aerial Performance is a London based aerial dance and circus company driven by a need to present exciting and modern circus work that challenges cultural barriers and expectations and presents circus as a live and kicking art form.

CURRENT PRODUCTIONS
Voices An aerial dance work inspired by African proverbs. Full of warmth and humour, Voices is suitable for adults and children of all ages. (25 mins, can be performed twice per day, 3 on stage, 3 on the road.)

Loved Up An exhilarating performance fusing hip-hop and aerial dance. Six passionate people explore the meaning of love from broken hearts to soaring passion. (28 mins, 6 on stage, 9 on the road, can be performed twice per day.)

Unwound Integrating aerial choreography and use of costume structures to create a visual spectacle that unravels the layers we build around ourselves to establish our identity. (20 mins, 3 on the road.)

WRAP-AROUND
The company has a number of specific workshops ranging from aerial dance to bungee breakin’ and urban freeflow (a blend of street dance and parkour). These workshops can be suitable for all ages and abilities. However, it is possible to tailor them or create bespoke projects for individual requirements.
