ARTISTIC POLICY
Siobhan Davies Dance develops and presents the distinctive choreographic work of its founder and director, Siobhan Davies. The company makes dance to engage audiences and encourage debate and performs in diverse spaces across the UK and internationally, presenting new work that explores and extends the relationship between the dancers and the audience.

CURRENT PRODUCTION
Two Quartets Often beautiful and occasionally perplexing, this is an evening of subtle changes and dynamic contrasts. Rhythms, timings and structures create complex patterns as dancers concentrate on internal shifts between thoughts, images and emotions. (70 mins with interval, 8 dancers, 11 on the road, some strong language.)

FUTURE PRODUCTION
The Collection A collaborative venture with international gallerist Victoria Miro. A diverse collection of newly commissioned work to be shown simultaneously in a dance studio and a gallery space. (Premieres in London, spring 2009.)

WRAP-AROUND
Full residency packages available including masterclasses, lectures and talks, and discussion programmes. Subjects vary from detailed analysis of the company’s movement-based artistic process, to wider explorations of dance in relation to other contemporary art forms.
