ARTISTIC POLICY
Pip Utton produces and tours simply presented theatre from new writing. He aims to entertain, move, stimulate and challenge audiences. Utton’s writing encourages the exercise of an audience’s “grey cells” and his performances promote their enjoyment and appreciation of the power of live theatre.

CURRENT PRODUCTIONS
Chaplin Stepping in and out of the screen, to explore the complex character of comedy genius Charlie Chaplin, trapped in his creation of the Tramp. (75 mins, 1 on stage, 2 on the road.)

Bacon ‘That dreadful man who paints those horrible pictures’ – Margaret Thatcher. Francis Bacon charms, amuses, outrages and fascinates – just as when alive. (75 mins, 1 on stage, 2 on the road, strong language and sexual references.)

Adolf A searing portrayal of the man whose evil logic corrupted a nation and the insidious voice of prejudice alive within us all today. (85 mins, 1 on stage, 2 on the road, some strong language.)

FUTURE PRODUCTIONS
Wars of The Worlds Radical reworking of H.G.Wells’ novel. (2 on stage, 3 on the road.)

The Middle Ages Intimate revelations of a middle aged man’s love for a much younger woman. (75 mins approx, 1 on stage 2 on the road, some strong language and sexual references.)
