ARTISTIC POLICY
Company of Angels fosters and produces new and experimental theatre for young audiences, aiming to broaden the definition of theatre for young people through experimental projects and new productions of a high artistic standard. Productions tour both nationally and internationally. As well as producing plays, the company seeks to initiate creative schemes that directly involve young people.

CURRENT PRODUCTIONS
Hannah & Hanna By John Retallack. Two teenage girls seeking asylum – one from Kosovo, one from Margate. (100 mins, including interval, 2 on stage, 3 on the road.)

Virgins A new play with dance by John Retallack, Virgins explores the minefield of sexuality both for teenagers and their co-habitees – their parents! (75 mins, no interval, 4 on stage, 5 on the road, contains strong language.)

Truckstop By Lot Vekemans. Co-produced with Eastern Angles. A play about love, independence and growing up, Truckstop won the highly prestigious prize for best new play in the Netherlands. (70 mins, no interval, 3 on stage, 4 on the road.)

WRAP-AROUND
Company of Angels offers a range of dance and text-based workshops accompanying every production. Performers and directors are available for talks, post-show discussions, workshops and lecture demonstrations.
