REVIEW EXTRACTS
‘A first class ensemble excel in this spellbinding production… close to perfection.’ Le Figaro (Cymbeline)

‘I cannot imagine a more delicate, luminous and emotionally piercing production... Heartbreaking simplicity; simply heartbreaking.’ The Times (Three Sisters)

‘A star performance. The place should be packed.’ The Sunday Times (The Changeling)

CURRENT PRODUCTIONS
Troilus and Cressida The Trojan War, the defining legend of western literature, is stripped to its raw heart in Shakespeare's scathing satire on glory, chivalry and doomed love. Staged in traverse. (Running time tbc, 16 on stage, 27 on the road.)

Boris Godunov Pushkin's lyrical masterpiece is a gripping exposé of the seductive appeal of power and the terrible price that must be paid for it. Money, corruption, sex and blood thicken this sinuous and radical play, inspired by Shakespeare’s histories. Staged in traverse. Performed in Russian. (135 mins, no interval, 17 on stage, 31 on the road.)

FUTURE PRODUCTIONS
Andromache Racine's sharp, modern analysis of the human psyche illustrates perfectly the old adage that ‘the heart is a treacherous place'. Subversive, surprising and ironic, Racine dismembers our self-deceptions with an implacable logic. Performed in French. (120 mins plus interval, 7 on stage, numbers on the road tbc.)
