CURRENT PRODUCTIONS 50 Acts An umbrella title under which smaller acts will appear, The first being Actions. A celebration of energy with text and movement. Times vary, currently 1 on stage, 2 to 3 on the road Desert Island Dances Words to take you back, moves to calm you down, dances to remind you of home. Wendy’s own idiosyncratic take on the castaway theme works with snatches of conversation and familiar gestures drawn from everyday life. 60 mins, no interval, 1 on stage, 2 to 3 on the road. Happy Hour A site-specific piece for a bar. A blend of movement and text about the bittersweet state of England. Live performance can be accompanied by a 15 minute film, Touched, directed by David Hinton. 45 mins, no interval, 1 on stage, 2 to 3 on the road
FUTURE PRODUCTIONS Swan song A new duet with Matteo Fargion. This unlikely pair are in the throws of making a new duet involving singing and some dancing.
WRAP-AROUND Wendy is available for workshops but prefers to keep performing and workshops separate. She also prefers to lead intensive sessions lasting a number of days (5 to 8 days), rather than one-off, short sessions. Presentations/talks and discussions of her work are also possible.
