Fancy Goods

Fancy Goods was an installation of British product design at the British Council offices in Prague in November 1997.

The exhibition featured the work of Michael Marriott, Jasper Morrison, JAM, Antoni & Alison, One Foot Taller, Inflate, Julian Brown, Tom Dixon, Andrew Tye, Paul Priestman, Michael Young and l.w.d.

The work of eight of the designers was displayed in the ground floor windows and several large pieces were displayed in the atrium of the building. Amongst the products were an inflatable sofa, a stack of Jasper Morrison bottle racks and an Andrew Tye screen.
