Cultural Leadership International: Working in Partnership

The success of the CLI project will rely on the British Council working in partnership with a broad range of organisations.

We are currently looking for organisations to help contribute to the project in a range of different ways. This could include:

  • Helping us to shape CLI by contributing thoughts, ideas and suggestions
  • Supporting participants through funding places on the programme
  • Working directly with participants as a mentor, or offering to host short work placements within your institution.

Partner organisations who do work with us will benefit from:

  • Being connected to a unique global network of cultural leaders in over 28 countries and beyond (there are plans to expand the number of countries involved in the project next year)
  • Being recognised for their contribution to the design and development of this new pioneering programme
  • Having positive engagement and impact on a new generation of arts and cultural professionals, influencing successor generations and the wider sector
  • (If hosting a participant during a work placement) gaining access to a high calibre, creative individual who will bring new ideas and insight to your organisation.

If you would like to find out more about the possibility of working in partnership with the CLI project, please email your details to cli@britishcouncil.org.
