In order to develop a responsive and flexible programme, we consulted widely in each of the regions involved in CLI’s action research year. The results of this consultation informed the framework and set the priorities for the programme.

Thank you to those who have contributed to the discussion.

Between July and November 2008 we held working groups in Brussels, Cairo, London and Oman, with participants from a range of cultural organisations, and the higher education sector. This allowed us to identify needs and priorities in different regions and to assess the ways in which CLI will create effective leadership development and facilitate better networking locally, regionally and internationally.
