How to Register Orange lozenge left
IELTS registration step by step guidance
Please follow our three easy steps to register for the IELTS exam.
Choose an exam type and date and contact the Exams Department to check the availability of your preferred test date. We encourage all candidates to apply at least six weeks before the actual test date.

Make a payment in the amount of 47 000 AMD (if paid in Armenia) or 105 EUR (if paid abroad) to our bank account numberDownload PDF Document (PDF, 24KB).

Late registration
If the registration deadline has passed, you need to pay a late registration fee in the amount of 59 000 AMD (if paid in Armenia) or 130 EUR (if paid abroad).

The payment slip should be submitted or e-mailed to the Exams Department. Please make sure your payment slip has the following information:    

your name, surname
date of examination
examination module (Academic or General)

Submit to the British Council office or send via e-mail the following documents:

Payment slip
Photocopy of your passport

Two recent passport-sized photos (electronic photos are not accepted)

IELTS registered candidates will receive an invitation via e-mail for the pre-test briefing around eight days before the examination date. If you wish to cancel or transfer the date of your test, please refer to our IELTS Policies section.

Candidates with special circumstances
The British Council Armenia, in collaboration with the University of Cambridge ESOL examinations, offers special arrangements to candidates with special needs (e.g. hearing, speech problems, dyslexia etc.) when taking the exams. The exact procedure for each candidate will differ according to the nature and degree of the candidate’s disability.

Candidates who require special arrangements are asked to inform us by e-mail six weeks before the test date with necessary medical reports.
