At our exams centre we have candidates regularly taking UK Exams including IELTS and BEC.

While we do not run courses ourselves for these examinations, we value the professional support that Armenian teachers and language schools give to candidates preparing for exams and we are here to help!

How can I find out more about my students’ language level?

Success in any examination is partly a result of choosing carefully which examination to take.

Your students can take an effective placement test at our office which will tell you and your students their current language level.

Our placement test has been developed internationally and is accurate and objective.  It includes a writing / reading test and a speaking test with a native speaker.

The placement test takes about forty minutes and costs just three thousand dram.

Where can I find resources for examination teaching?

At our Resource Centre, we have a comprehensive range of books and online resources for examination teaching.  You can borrow the latest examination materials for all the exams including teachers’ books and cassettes.  We also offer Study Paths for Success – a guide to materials on offer for IELTS. If you need answers to specific questions, then contact our English Language Support Manager, Andy Keedwell.

Where can I get training for teaching for examinations?

Each month, we have a training seminar on teaching for one of the UK exams. We look at ways of teaching for IELTS exams and other exams including BEC. The sessions are practical and interactive and are open to any teacher teaching for one of the exams. You have the chance to meet other teachers from schools who are teaching for exams.
