The British Council Armenia, British Embassy Yerevan, Caucasus Institute and Ruben Mangasaryan Memorial Foundation organises Documentary Photography Workshop by Patrick Sutherland.
Workshop dates: From12 to 16 March, 2012
Application deadline: COB 27 February, 2012
Number of participants: 15-18
Successful participants will be awarded certificates; an exhibition of the best photos produced during the workshop will be displayed in various public locations in Armenia throughout 2012.
Eligibility criteria: portfolio in documentary photography or photojournalism (employment history in these areas is an asset); commitment to full time participation for the whole week, possibly late into the evening. Consecutive interpretation will be provided but English fluency is an asset.
Equipment requirements: digital camera and lenses, flash
Application package: motivation letter (half a page), CV or bio, links to published work if any. Please state the make of digital camera you will be using.
