British Council Collection
For more than 70 years the British Council has been collecting works of art. The Collection, started in the late 1930s, with a modest group of works on paper has now grown to a collection of more than 8500 artworks. Find out more.

The photo exhibition featured photographs and success stories where women together with men have shaped the politics of their times and destinations in Armenia and the world. Find out more.
Rock, Paper, Scissors
The exhibition offered a display of the variety of printing processes and took as its starting point prints by the prominent sculptors Henry Moore and Eduardo Paolozzi, whose work was to inform that of a subsequent generation of artists. Find out more.

Seeing in Colour

The Seeing in Colour art exhibition was presented in Armenia and then in Ukraine, Georgia and Azerbaijan. Seeing in Colour was on display in Gyumri from 11 to 15 September and in Yerevan from 18 to 25 September, 2010. The exhibition featured 31 works from the British Council Collection and was organised in partnership with the British Embassy Yerevan. Find out more.
