This club was set up in Shkodra in north Albania following the Let's Get Started summer school.

There are now 20 young people from secondary school in the city involved in the club's activities.

What has the LGS club done so far?

Art school in Shkodra – 17 December 2005

Four art sessions were organised for young talented people of the city. 35 participants were selected from among the applications received by the club. The art school offered information and techniques on the following art forms.

Painting

Creative writing

Instrumental music

Art management (for members of the club)

Following the training sessions and using the new skills gained the young people put together a public show for their peers on the Valentine’s day.

Music and poetry were performed in the ancient castle of Shkodra while the best paintings were stamped in T-shirts, which were distributed to the participants.
