We are delighted to announce that a Albanian applicant has been chosen to take part in the British Council's Global Changemakers programme and will attend a Youth Summit in the UK  in November 2009.Over 1100 individuals applied, among them many worthy applicants.  

Ms Alisa Hate  will be representing Albania in London in November.
