Management skills includes skills such as business, communication and people management skills as well as  leadership, project management, report writing, etc.The formal education system doesn’t teach this category of skills yet while the labour market requires employers with such skills.

If you are a young professional, junior or middle career manager or a university student, this learning path is what you need. Signing up for this learning path enables you to attend the management workshops or self- access the training materials, access the collection of books and magazines and attend all the other events organised by the learning centre.
