The ELTons 2013

The ELTons, sponsored by Cambridge ESOL, are the only international awards that recognise and celebrate innovation in the field of English language teaching.

Applications now open!

We are accepting applications for the ELTons 2013 from 30 August 2012 until 23rd November 2012.

The awards

Categories open for applications to ELT professionals this year are: Excellence in course innovation, Innovation in learner resources, Innovation in teacher resources, Digital innovation and Local innovation. – The deadline for entries is 23 November 2012.

The Macmillan Education Award for Innovative Writing is open to aspiring ELT authors who have not yet published any of their work. The winner receives £1,000 and the opportunity to publish their work. Find out more about the categories here

·Association with a prestigious and professional British Council promotional product that supports and encourages innovation in ELT publishing in Wider Europe

·Media opportunities if someone from your region is shortlisted/wins
