In response to the need for teacher training the British Council Albania through the Bell Educational Trust Ltd provided training for 15 members of National Team of Trainers. |

Skills@Work is running in seventeen countries in South East Europe and the UK. It builds on the experience of the UK in addressing the challenges of developing young people capable and confident to enter the competitive European job market. |

The aim of the project was the refocusing in line with vocational needs of teaching and learning of English Language and modernisation of teacher training methods for English teachers in the two selected vocational schools by bringing together schools and industries. |

The Interskills project took place in Greece, Albania, and Wales aimed to engage young people in each country in exploring together what they understand by employability and what skills and competencies they believe are needed to forge a successful career for themselves. |
