How to give your feedback about British Council Services?

We value your opinion of our people, work, website, programmes and services. If you would like to give us any feedback or complain about anything, you can do this in one of four ways.

  • in person at British Council office, Rr.Perlat Rexhepi, Pall. 197 ANA Tirana include opening hours
  • by sending a downloaded COMPLAINT FORM by email to info@britishcouncil.org.al
  • by sending printed COMPLAINT FORM to our address (Ms. Clare Sears,  Rr.Perlat Rexhepi, Pall. 197 ANA Tirana
  • use the bellow on-line form

Please bear in mind that feedback or complaints regarding Exams or IELTS exams will be treated in accordance with the global complaints procedures for these exams

Your complaint will be reviewed and you will be notified within 10 – 15 working days depending on the nature of your complaint.
