The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for educational and cultural relations.
We meet aspirations of young learners by creating opportunities in education, English language learning and cultural exchange.
We work with our partners, both in Albania and in the UK, to showcase British excellence, innovation and creativity. We work for the benefit of the individual and for the mutual benefit of Britain and Albania.
Association with us provides opportunities for international networking, links with British individuals and organisations, as well as opportunities for market positioning and enhancing corporate images and reputation. We work with both local and international partners.
In the UK the British Council is registered as a charity (not-for-profit-organisation) and operates independently from the UK government, from which we receive a grant-in-aid. We are represented in 110 countries and 218 towns and cities worldwide.
