Akili Online Service
Innovative library information delivery service

We acknowledge the fact that the Akili delivery information service has been valued by those who have been using it for some years, but the review has shown that there has been a steady decline in the number of active members choosing to pay for the service.

What happens next:
The Akili online delivery will discontinue lending out materials from 11 April 2011.
For members whose membership will be running beyond April, please complete the attached form to enable us process your membership fee refunds. It would be appreciated if this form could be completed and returned to us by return email by 18 April 2011.
If you have been using the service, kindly arrange for any materials you have borrowed to be returned by 20 April 2011.
Processing of refunds will start on 21 April 2011 provided that you have returned all materials in your possession and completed the refund form mentioned above.
As long as you have provided your accurate bank details and have no outstanding materials, you should receive your refunds within 10 working days.
Once all these processes are completed, the Akili online delivery service will be permanently closed on 30 April 2011.

Should you require further clarification about the closure, or short professional development courses, please e-mail us or contact us on contact us on +256 414 560800
